Privacy Policy

This policy covers FifthWheel and the group of sites it connects: Racing League, Gotcha Gamers, and BrainTrain (together, the "sites"). They share one account system, so signing in on any one of them signs you in on all of them, and this single policy applies across all of them.

Account information. We use Google Sign-In to authenticate you. Google shares your email address with us when you sign in. We don't receive or store your Google password.

Profile information. A username and avatar color you choose yourself after signing in for the first time.

Gameplay data. Your virtual currency balances (Pistons, Tickets, Knowledge Points) and the history of how you earned or spent them, quest and game progress, and any friend connections you make with other users.

Cookies. A session cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We don't process real payments or store payment card information anywhere on the sites. All currencies (Pistons, Tickets, Knowledge Points) are virtual, have no cash value, and can't be purchased or redeemed for real money.

Solely to run the sites: signing you in, keeping your progress and balances accurate, showing your username and avatar to other users, and connecting friends when you choose to. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the sites: Google (for sign-in), Supabase (our authentication and database backend), and Vercel (our hosting provider). Each processes data on our behalf to make the sites function and doesn't use it for their own purposes. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@fifthwheel.app. We'll process the request within a reasonable time and confirm once it's done.

The sites are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us at the email above and we'll remove it.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the sites after a change means you accept the updated policy.
